Voice risk analysis tool

In order to help our customers prevent (insurance-)fraud, voice analysis could help with making a selection on which further investigations could be based on.

In consultation with the Principal, we run our voice risk analysis tool in the background during phone calls to parties. This tool recognises emotions in voices and will present these on the screen of the operator in real time.

Based on the changes in voice volume, frequency and speaking rate, the voice risk analysis tool will generate an overview containing different emotions. This will indicate the stress levels to our trained operators, who can use these indicators to ask more and more detailed questions regarding specific matters.

Naturally, we inform the involved party of the use of such an analysis tool at the beginning of the conversation. The results of the voice analysis are an indication in a file and will merely be used in support of further investigation.
