Complaints procedure

DEKRA Personal Injury tries its very best to handle your claim as fast and as meticulously as possible. Nevertheless, as the settling of personal injury claims is not a mechanized process, there is always the possibility of complaints being raised concerning the way a claim was handled. For such eventuality, we have developed a complaints procedure.

A written confirmation of receipt of your complaint will be sent out within 3 working days. Upon receipt of your complaint we will diligently investigate it and, unless this is not feasible, respond to you within 2 weeks. If we are aware that we will take longer than 2 weeks, we will advise you of this.
